What to look for when you’re looking to hire a Woodbury MN Realtor?
In this video I go into how when I started 20 years ago that I had no idea about how it all worked. I was a young new to real estate whom had just got my license. I knew about homes and how they were built and how to write contracts, but not much else.
Why did people pick me to work with as a Realtor when I didn’t know much.
The truth was they saw my passion and grit to find the answer. I still have that to this day. No home even a brand new home is perfect. I can remember selling a 700k home that was brand new and the owner didn’t like where one of the trees was on the lot. I worked with the builder and figured out how to move a tree. If you didn’t know, moving a tree should only be done in the fall while the trees are not growing.
As a Realtor in Woodbury MN and around the Twin cities, I have crafted my skill of finding the solution to whatever problem we have when it comes to buying or selling a home. It is this “grit” and passion to find the answer that has had me be able to work in real estate and have people refer me clients and also return and use me over and over as they’re preferred Real Estate Agent.
