Getting pre-approved by a trusted loan officer is very important step in buying a home. Dale has worked with the same trusted lenders for years. When it comes to have successful home closing, part of it is having a lender that knows the loan process front and back.
When you do get pre-approved or pre-qualified, you can shop for the right home knowing exactly how much home you can purchase. The Loan Officer will break down exactly what your monthly house payment will be including property taxes, HOA fees (if applicable) and Homeowner Insurance.
Third Step to Home Buying a Home.
Shopping for the right home is the next part of the process. There is many was to see homes online. The problem with a lot of them is that they have a delay from the source that they get the data from. Websites like Zillow, Redfin and Trulia get they’re data from the Local MLS through what is called a syndicate feed. The problem here is that there can be a delay to list price change, sold status and other changes.
When you work with Dale, you will get a direct link to a Customer side app of the MLS. Dale can also setup an auto email that sends you new listings as they hit the market.
As you get a list of homes that you would like to see that fit your budget, Dale will setup the showings and go through each home with you. Showings will be setup to fit your schedule.

The Purchase Agreement. Once you have found a right home that fits your budget and list of wants and needs. Dale will help you through the purchase process. Dale will go through the purchase agreement so you understand all parts of what your signing.
